FAQ

Answers for beauty brands and creators

BeautyReach is designed as a structured creator collaboration platform for Shopify beauty brands. These are the questions we hear most often.

What kinds of beauty brands are a fit?

BeautyReach is best suited to Shopify beauty brands in skincare, cosmetics, K-beauty, clean beauty, and adjacent wellness categories that want a more organized creator workflow.

Do creators get paid?

Campaigns can be sample-led, fixed-fee, reward-based, or evolve into performance and commission structures depending on the brand and the campaign design. Paid campaign funding stays separate from the monthly app subscription, and payout terms are attached to each paid campaign.

How do samples work?

Brands define sample expectations inside the campaign. BeautyReach keeps applications, approvals, sample commitments, and content submissions connected in one operating flow.

Can brands approve creators manually?

Yes. Brand review and approval are core to the product. This is structured collaboration, not random marketplace matching.

Is this only for Shopify stores?

The current product direction is Shopify-first. Product sync, monthly app-subscription billing, and the merchant operating surface are intentionally designed around Shopify stores, while campaign payments stay tied to each campaign workflow.

Do you help with campaign setup?

BeautyReach is designed so brands can set up campaigns themselves inside the app. Support is available if you get stuck, but the workflow is built to be self-serve.

How is performance tracked?

BeautyReach connects campaign actions to click, visit, conversion, and repeat-collaboration signals so brands can see what's actually working.
