Privacy

Privacy for creator collaboration data

BeautyReach handles creator profiles, campaign applications, content submissions, rewards, and tracking data as operationally important and privacy-sensitive records.

What data we process

We may process shop installation data, creator profile information, application and submission records, reward activity, content tracking signals, and consent or unsubscribe history.

Why we process it

The purpose is to help brands run creator campaigns in a structured way: recruit the right creators, manage samples, review submissions, track performance, and support repeat collaborations.

Consent and compliance

BeautyReach keeps explicit opt-in, unsubscribe, complaint, and suppression states as blocking compliance records. We treat CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL expectations as baseline product requirements.

Creator and brand separation

Merchant shop data and operator-owned creator network datasets are stored separately. Public demo and creator signup forms do not write into merchant shop-scoped records.

Performance tracking

Campaign tracking can include click, visit, conversion, and repeat collaboration signals. Tracking is used to evaluate campaign performance and creator fit over time.

Cleanup requests

Approved privacy cleanup requests remove direct creator-linked records wherever possible. Operational logs may be retained for replay and incident review, but identifiers should be minimized or redacted.
